The John Bunyan Leisure Centre has a classes, soft play and look out for RollBack World’s roller discos every Saturday. Kempston Outdoor Centre is located next to the Great River Ouse in Kempston and features climbing wall, high ropes course and offers Paddlesport, canoes and kayaking.

Park Run is a great way to start your Saturday joining Bedford’s runners in a 5k run through Bedford Park. You can then relax afterwards with coffee or breakfast at thePavilion.
